Allegheny City Realty is a locally owned and operated real estate investment and property management company passionate about Pittsburgh's Historic Northside. For over ten years, we've been focusing on acquiring, developing, and upgrading Victorian Era buildings in neighborhoods like Allegheny West, East Allegheny, Mexican War Streets and Manchester. We also own properties in Shadyside, Bellevue, and West View. We manage a portfolio of single-family homes, apartments, retail space, and multi-use properties.
